The role also develops liquidity optimization strategies, reduces funding costs and prefunding requirements, and improves treasury visibility and operational efficiency.

Leads 24x7 SOC operations, mentors analysts, and oversees security monitoring, incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability management, detection engineering, and SOC automation. Investigates major incidents, coordinates containment and remediation, improves SIEM/EDR detections, manages vulnerabilities, prepares governance reports, and maintains SOC procedures. The role also applies MITRE ATT&CK, AI-assisted security workflows, SOAR integrations, and stakeholder coordination across IT, cloud, compliance, and business teams.

Build and lead TerraPay’s data privacy function, including privacy governance, regulatory compliance, risk assessments, DPIAs, DSARs, breach investigations, ROPAs, training, reporting, and privacy-by-design initiatives. Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Security, Product, Technology, HR, and Operations teams while advising stakeholders and supporting auditors and regulators across global markets.

Provides Level 1, 24/7 technical support through proactive monitoring, initial troubleshooting, vendor coordination, routine checks, reporting, and SLA adherence. Investigates operating system, application, interface, database, and resource issues using monitoring, ticketing, packet-analysis, and Linux command-line tools. Owns customer issues through resolution or escalation and supports project operations while maintaining service reliability.

Lead LATAM business operations for cross-border payments: monitor and investigate transactions, manage partner communications and escalations, improve service quality via data analysis, collaborate with Product/Technology/Compliance/Reconciliation, and maintain accurate operational and transaction records.

Lead origination, negotiation, and closure of high-value commercial acquiring partnerships across banks, PSPs, platforms, and integrators. Build and scale a Brazil partnerships team, manage end-to-end deals, collaborate cross-functionally, optimize partnership revenue metrics, and represent the company at industry events.
