The CMCO at Terrabis drives revenue through marketing and commerce, overseeing strategies for brand growth, customer acquisition, and eCommerce performance while integrating digital and retail experiences.

Produces, fills, packages, labels, stores, and documents cannabis products according to specifications, SOPs, and manufacturing procedures. Operates, cleans, sanitizes, and maintains production and packaging equipment; audits material weights and counts; manages waste disposal; prepares plant material for extraction; completes lab tasks; and maintains accurate tracking records. The role requires safe food-handling practices, attention to detail, physical lifting, repetitive work, and effective communication.

Partner with retail leaders to align HR strategy with business goals. Lead employee relations and investigations, coach managers on performance, support talent development, ensure compliance, analyze workforce metrics, and drive HR operations and process improvements.
