As a Production Specialist, manufacture fiberglass components to specification, read and interpret blueprints, maintain a clean 5S-compliant workspace, troubleshoot basic issues, follow safety procedures, use hand tools, lift materials as required, and work collaboratively to meet production goals.

Operate machine shop equipment (hand plasma, press, CNC), cut and inspect sheet metal to specifications, read drawings, measure and mark out, set machine parameters, monitor quality, perform basic maintenance, meet production and quality targets, follow health and safety, and support continuous improvement.

Lead design and development of new and existing mobile recycling machinery. Provide engineered solutions, follow QFD/FMEA and design-for-manufacture, manage released engineering data, ensure safety and reliability, reduce manufacturing cost, investigate customer complaints, apply new component technologies, and collaborate with production, purchasing and suppliers.

Design and develop new and existing mobile environmental and recycling equipment. Produce full manufacturing design packages, resolve customer issues, ensure safety and performance standards, reduce manufacturing cost, support dealer network, and follow group engineering quality and testing standards.

Support manufacturing engineering by installing and sequencing equipment, analyzing processes and cycle times, preparing engineering documentation, recommending design and process improvements, assisting in problem resolution, conducting inspections, and participating in cross-functional manufacturing and product design activities to improve productivity and quality.

Provide technical application and training support for crushing, screening and conveyor products. Create multimedia content (renders, animations, video) for marketing and training, collect and analyse site performance data for plant simulations, produce tools like Aggflows and cost calculators, deliver/update product training, attend trade shows, and perform occasional hands-on field work and overseas travel.

Designs and optimizes production processes, leads equipment and workstation installation, analyzes manufacturing data for improvement, supports design-for-manufacturability, resolves production issues, and applies statistical methods. Collaborates with design and manufacturing teams and participates in staffing and process documentation.

Lead ESG's digital strategy and technology organization to grow SaaS, AI, data, and connected solutions. Own architecture, AI/ML and cloud platforms, scale global engineering teams, drive recurring revenue, establish governance and best practices, oversee budgets and M&A support, and deliver secure, scalable AI-enabled products.

Manage and control bought-in parts across production stores and lineside locations. Tasks include receiving, issuing, stock rotation (FIFO), kanban level management, cycle counts, using Oracle/MRP systems, operating forklifts, supporting production shortages, documentation, and participating in continuous improvement and safety practices.
