Supervise multiple small assembly teams to plan and sequence production, interpret blueprints, inspect machines and materials, train and evaluate team members, resolve production and maintenance issues, maintain production records, and implement process improvements to optimize quality, safety, and throughput in a manufacturing environment.

Program and operate CNC equipment, generate CAM code, review CAD/blueprints, define machining sequences, select tools/speeds/fixtures, test and refine programs, lead improvement projects, collaborate with manufacturing engineers, and support production goals for safety, quality, cycle-time, and cost reductions.

Lead implementation and maintenance of health, safety, and environmental programs at the Redmond site. Inspect workplaces, recommend controls, conduct training, maintain hazardous materials/waste records, investigate incidents, collect environmental samples, and support regulatory compliance and reporting.
