Manage customer outreach, support inquiries, account health, usage tracking, CRM records, and feedback collection while partnering with internal professional learning teams to improve adoption and reduce churn.

Own and grow a designated K-12 sales territory through consultative selling, pipeline management, prospecting, phone and email outreach, web-based demonstrations, and customer relationship development. The Account Executive collaborates with a Field Sales Representative, creates presentations and quotes, identifies new revenue opportunities, schedules site visits, and occasionally represents the company at trade shows and onsite events.
