Lead railway safety technology deployments across the Sussex region. Guide clients and track workers in using geofencing equipment, provide on-site coaching and support, build strong stakeholder relationships, identify product improvements, and collaborate with project managers on delivery. The role is field-based, requiring regular depot and client-site work, night and day shifts, weekends, bank holidays, and travel. A railway background, PTS qualification or eligibility, full driving licence, and strong communication skills are required.

Lead on-site deployments of rail safety technology across UK client sites. Build client relationships, coach rail workers, support product adoption, identify user challenges, and provide feedback to improve the technology. The role requires rail industry experience, strong communication, process accuracy, initiative, flexibility for night shifts and weekends, regular travel, and a full driving licence. Personal Track Safety qualification or eligibility to obtain it is required.

Lead end-to-end client technology implementations and rollouts across UK operational sites. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, risk and scope management, stakeholder alignment, on-site deployment support, user training, issue resolution, client reporting, and measuring operational value. The role requires adaptability in a scale-up environment, strong communication skills, a full UK driving licence, and occasional weekend, bank holiday, or overnight work during live rollouts.
