Provide empathetic, personalized patient support via phone, email, chat and messaging; help customers navigate medication orders, resolve issues, track trends, maintain product knowledge, and meet performance targets in an in-person Clearwater, FL role.

Lead and own the patient-facing digital experience: author experience briefs, commission Engineering, run CRO and experimentation, own PDP/checkout/refill/lifecycle surfaces, manage martech and conversion tracking, and grow teams across UX, content, SEO, and personalization to drive conversion and retention.

Provide onsite PRN pharmacist support at a telehealth/mail-order pharmacy: manage Parata automation workflow, verify and sign refills, troubleshoot equipment, assist receiving and processing medications, prepare orders for shipping, and respond to patient clinical questions. Support requires customer service, collaboration, and tech adoption.

Support licensing, credentialing, formulary operations, regulatory reporting, and pharmacy administration. Maintain records, track renewals, liaise with boards and vendors, assist audits, SOPs, training, and compliance initiatives to ensure regulatory adherence.

Provide onsite pharmacy services including operating and troubleshooting Parata automation, reviewing and signing refills, receiving and entering medications, processing prescriptions, preparing orders for packing/shipping, and responding to clinical patient questions. Must work rotating weekends and scheduled shifts between 6am–8pm in Clearwater, FL.

Support licensing, credentialing, formulary operations, regulatory reporting, and pharmacy administration. Maintain records, track renewals, liaise with boards and providers, assist audits, SOPs, and quality assurance. Collaborate cross-functionally on compliance initiatives and training.
