Leads Engineering and Infrastructure and Security organizations responsible for the commerce platform, cloud, IT, and security. Owns platform uptime, release velocity, cost, security posture, roadmap delivery, and build capacity for Digital Experience and Product. Develops engineering leaders and teams while scaling QA automation, DevOps, and management layers. Partners with BI and Finance on instrumentation and spend, and establishes platform OKRs and engineering performance standards.

Supports the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, investigations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, HRIS maintenance, and employee engagement. Partners with the CHRO and hiring managers on talent acquisition, organizational changes, HR initiatives, and process improvements. Maintains confidential employee records, administers employment programs, supports audits, and promotes a positive workplace culture.

Provide empathetic, personalized patient support via phone, email, chat and messaging; help customers navigate medication orders, resolve issues, track trends, maintain product knowledge, and meet performance targets in an in-person Clearwater, FL role.
