The AI Operations Associate will master the customer lifecycle, design and scale business processes, and collaborate closely with engineering to enhance customer experiences. This role requires hands-on problem-solving and initiative leadership.

Own a book of accounts to drive adoption, renewals, and upsells; provide first-line technical support for integrations, agent performance and call quality; run onboarding, workshops and training; build tracking workflows, document playbooks, and translate customer needs into product feedback.
