Work alongside founders on finance, legal, ops, hiring, growth support, and special projects. Maintain finance reports, manage invoices and payments, support legal/compliance for new deals, screen candidates, plan events, and keep office operations running.

First marketing hire responsible for building telli's inbound growth engine end-to-end: strategy and execution across SEO, paid, content, and product marketing. Own paid and organic acquisition, run experiments and KPI-driven reporting, shape positioning and storytelling with founders, manage press/PR, and create repeatable AI-automation-first marketing playbooks. On-site in Berlin.

The Growth Intern will support the GTM engine, engage prospects, drive outreach, automate tasks, and assist customers while working closely with the founding team.
