As a Founding BDR at telli, you will generate qualified sales pipeline, engage with prospects, drive outreach, manage customer relationships, and shape sales strategies to increase revenue.

Manage telli’s Berlin office and people operations, including workplace logistics, supplies, equipment, onboarding, offboarding, employee lifecycle processes, internal events, culture initiatives, and AI-powered automation. The role requires hands-on ownership, strong organization, reliable execution, process improvement, and fluent English and German communication in an office-based startup environment.

Own complex enterprise sales from discovery through contract signature, closing €100k+ deals and driving new ARR. Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, navigate multi-stakeholder buying committees, develop business cases, manage procurement and legal processes, and maintain forecast accountability. The role also contributes customer insights to product, marketing, and strategy. Requires enterprise sales experience, executive presence, commercial judgment, and business-level German and English. This is an on-site role in Berlin five days per week.
