Supports South Dakota’s SNAP EBT procurement, planning, implementation, documentation, evaluation, and system testing. Responsibilities include revising RFPs, applying federal requirements, developing Advanced Planning Documents, maintaining project schedules, preparing evaluation and training materials, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and administering comprehensive testing. The consultant also develops test cases, acceptance procedures, Go/No-Go criteria, contingency plans, budgets, security plans, and implementation documentation while ensuring compliance with FNS requirements.

Provides fiscal and administrative support by maintaining government financial records, preparing deposit, obligation, transfer, and payment documents, entering monetary and payment data, reconciling cash and monetary instruments, and tracking seized and forfeited assets. Ensures financial documentation is accurate, complete, compliant, and properly filed.

Lead data analytics initiatives supporting federal program performance management and leadership decision-making. Develop advanced analytics solutions, integrate data from SAM, FSMS, and SharePoint, create dashboards and performance metrics, ensure data accuracy and federal compliance, and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. The role requires on-site work in Washington, D.C., prior DHS or DoD experience, and extensive data analytics experience.

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); integrate systems and automate workflows; ensure Section 508 accessibility and federal cybersecurity compliance; provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements; collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to deliver modernization solutions.

Lead and oversee maintenance data systems (MDS/PMS/ELMS) for ~2,400 CESE assets, ensuring asset accountability, monthly physical validations, reporting, procurement/administrative correspondence, corrective actions, and supervision of contractor maintenance personnel to meet Government standards.

Lead design and implementation of Power Platform solutions to modernize legacy civil engineering and logistics applications. Integrate and redesign workflows, support application and database modernization, build dashboards and automated workflows, implement automation and machine learning, and provide mission-critical sustainment support for capital project prioritization and supplemental appropriation programs. Onsite at Washington, D.C.

Lead overall program execution for a federal client on-site in Washington, D.C.; manage schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with BPA and federal real property requirements.

Support government financial recordkeeping for seized and forfeited assets: prepare and enter financial documents, maintain databases and logs, perform reconciliations and inventory reports, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and related administrative tasks.
