Responsibilities include curriculum development, workshop facilitation, team-building, strategic planning, succession planning, career development, and mentoring program managers and staff on leadership practices.

Develops Power BI dashboards, ETL processes, data pipelines, analytical reports, and data-driven recommendations. The role collects, cleanses, validates, and analyzes complex datasets; supports data quality, governance, accessibility, and reporting automation; and translates findings into actionable insights for government leadership and stakeholders.

Leads business process analysis, workflow mapping, gap assessments, stakeholder workshops, and continuous improvement engagements for government departments. Documents current and future-state processes, develops practical recommendations, prepares desk guides and quality-management artifacts, supports ISO 9001:2015-aligned practices, and coordinates cross-functional initiatives with project leadership and service teams.

Manage and lead a team of quality auditors and trainers, develop and enforce internal procedures to ensure government compliance, oversee quality control operations and documentation standards, and coordinate operational and administrative activities supporting mission success.

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); integrate systems and automate workflows; ensure Section 508 accessibility and federal cybersecurity compliance; provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements; collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to deliver modernization solutions.

Supervise and maintain maintenance data and planned maintenance systems for CESE assets. Oversee maintenance data environment for inactive operational equipment, ensure database accuracy and compliance with Government directives, supervise contractor personnel, produce status and force revision reports, identify and correct recurring issues, document lessons learned, and coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands.

Lead design and implementation of Power Platform solutions to modernize legacy civil engineering and logistics applications. Integrate and redesign workflows, support application and database modernization, build dashboards and automated workflows, implement automation and machine learning, and provide mission-critical sustainment support for capital project prioritization and supplemental appropriation programs. Lead overall program execution for a federal client on-site in Washington, D.C.; manage schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with BPA and federal real property requirements.

Manage and oversee quality assurance functions, lead auditors and trainers, develop and monitor procedures for government compliance, coordinate quality program operations, and ensure effective training and audit delivery to meet contract standards.

Support government financial recordkeeping for seized and forfeited assets: prepare and enter financial documents, maintain databases and logs, perform reconciliations and inventory reports, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and related administrative tasks.

Lead Equipment and Supply readiness efforts for NCG-1, managing DPAS/RCRP and other tracking systems. Analyze readiness data, produce metrics and briefings, coordinate with headquarters and subordinate units, conduct readiness reviews, train unit managers, and recommend process improvements to maintain equipment accountability and operational availability.
