Lead and manage government contracting programs through acquisition planning, contract development, negotiation, and administration. Coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with regulations while meeting quality, cost, and schedule requirements.

Provide in-person and phone administrative support for a federal program: greet and check-in applicants, verify identities and documentation, access government databases, assist with account creation and applications, schedule interviews, compile daily performance reports, and notify inspection staff of adverse information.

Create weekly maintenance taskings, track equipment usage and discrepancies, coordinate repairs with government COR, support supply and technical teams, deliver maintenance/safety training, manage technical manuals and inventories, ensure personnel qualifications and submit CESE administrative documentation to higher headquarters.

Oversee maintenance data environment for inactive operational equipment, ensure database accuracy and compliance with Government directives, supervise contractor personnel, produce status and force revision reports, identify and correct recurring issues, document lessons learned, and coordinate with subject matter experts and stakeholders across commands.

Lead and oversee maintenance data systems (MDS/PMS/ELMS) for ~2,400 CESE assets, ensuring asset accountability, monthly physical validations, reporting, procurement/administrative correspondence, corrective actions, and supervision of contractor maintenance personnel to meet Government standards.

Manage and oversee quality assurance functions, lead auditors and trainers, develop and monitor procedures for government compliance, coordinate quality program operations, and ensure effective training and audit delivery to meet contract standards.

Manage and lead a team of quality auditors and trainers, develop and enforce internal procedures to ensure government compliance, oversee quality control operations and documentation standards, and coordinate operational and administrative activities supporting mission success.

Lead overall program execution for a federal client on-site in Washington, D.C.; manage schedules, budgets, risks, subcontractors, and ensure timely delivery and compliance with BPA and federal real property requirements.

Design and develop enterprise applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); integrate systems and automate workflows; ensure Section 508 accessibility and federal cybersecurity compliance; provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements; collaborate with data analytics and engineering teams to deliver modernization solutions.

Lead design and implementation of Power Platform solutions to modernize legacy civil engineering and logistics applications. Integrate and redesign workflows, support application and database modernization, build dashboards and automated workflows, implement automation and machine learning, and provide mission-critical sustainment support for capital project prioritization and supplemental appropriation programs. Onsite at Washington, D.C.

Support government financial recordkeeping for seized and forfeited assets: prepare and enter financial documents, maintain databases and logs, perform reconciliations and inventory reports, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual reporting and related administrative tasks.

Prepare, review, and finalize probable cause statements and other forfeiture-related legal documents; research federal forfeiture statutes; communicate with agents and attorneys; extract and enter data from seizure files and government databases; ensure accuracy and compliance for submission to Lead Legal Technician and Office of Chief Counsel.
