Serve as Project Manager for task orders, coordinating schedules, ensuring statement-of-work compliance, providing administrative and management advisory support to government customers, and overseeing financial reporting, benchmarking, and program metrics to deliver timely technical solutions.

Provide in-person and phone administrative support for a federal program: greet and check-in applicants, verify identities and documentation, access government databases, assist with account creation and applications, schedule interviews, compile daily performance reports, and notify inspection staff of adverse information.

Supervise and maintain maintenance data and planned maintenance systems for CESE assets. Create weekly maintenance taskings, track equipment usage and discrepancies, coordinate repairs with government COR, support supply and technical teams, deliver maintenance/safety training, manage technical manuals and inventories, ensure personnel qualifications and submit CESE administrative documentation to higher headquarters.
