Leads consulting contract delivery across government departments, coordinating task-order intake, staffing, quality control, schedules, risk tracking, reporting, proposals, and stakeholder communications. Oversees six service leads and multidisciplinary consulting engagements while managing scopes, fee proposals, staffing plans, and executive-level updates.

Designs and delivers leadership development, staff training, executive coaching, and workforce development programs for County departments. Responsibilities include curriculum development, workshop facilitation, team-building, strategic planning, succession planning, career development, and mentoring program managers and staff on leadership practices.
