Manage and optimize LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls. Conduct medical imaging research focused on radiology, cardiology, teleradiology, emergency imaging, and AI. Responsibilities include literature reviews, data extraction and database maintenance, research methodology and statistical analysis, scientific writing, grant proposals, journal submissions, conference collaboration, and educational material development.

Manage daily clinical quality assurance operations for teleradiology, including radiology report reviews, discrepancy tracking, QA metrics, TAT performance, dashboards, escalations, and documentation. Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA projects, lead the QA team, collaborate with radiologists and technical teams, support training and workflow improvements, and ensure healthcare compliance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software, IT, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI/ML, and engineering. Responsibilities include stakeholder partnering, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, compensation negotiation, ATS maintenance, pipeline development, recruiting metrics, employer branding, and recruitment events.

Design, develop, and deploy production AI systems focused on GenAI and LLMs, OCR-based document extraction, and computer vision. Build RAG pipelines, fine-tune models, expose services through FastAPI, containerize with Docker, and manage MongoDB and SQL data stores. Integrate LLM and vector database technologies, monitor production performance, and collaborate with product, backend, and DevOps teams.

Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, resolve operational and technical issues, track cases against turnaround times, coordinate with internal teams, provide client updates, and prepare KPI and performance reports. The role also identifies workflow gaps, supports process improvements, and communicates client feedback to Operations, Technical Support, and Quality teams.

Oversee end-to-end finance operations, including general ledger, AP, AR, FP&A, tax, audits, compliance, treasury, reporting, and internal controls. Lead budgeting, MIS, board and investor reporting, process automation, SOP development, and finance team management. Coordinate US payroll, financial reporting, tax filings, insurance renewals, and external advisors while ensuring statutory and accounting-standard compliance.

Manage and analyze radiology and clinical research datasets, including data cleaning, pathology segregation, image downloads, and database maintenance. Coordinate AI case validation with radiologists and technical teams, maintain validation records and trackers, resolve data gaps, and provide analytical support for research projects, publications, conferences, training, and operational decisions.

Own end-to-end quality strategy, testing, evaluation, documentation, and release sign-off for deep learning, LLM, and VLM products. Build Python automation, regression suites, golden datasets, CI/CD and MLOps integrations, quality reports, and dashboards. Test prompts, RAG pipelines, multimodal capabilities, and model behavior across versions while monitoring drift and degradation. Establish scalable QA standards, document risks and limitations, and mentor engineers on testability and technical documentation.

Lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, lead the recruiting team, partner with business leaders, strengthen employer branding, monitor hiring metrics, improve candidate experience, use ATS and sourcing technologies, and ensure compliance with employment policies and diversity initiatives.

Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founder by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, presentations, research, action items, documentation, and confidential information. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and minutes, support executive office operations, and use AI, automation, video editing, and digital media tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Authors and maintains regulatory and technical documentation for AI-enabled medical devices and SaMD. Supports FDA submissions, EU MDR technical files, audits, inspections, QMS compliance, risk management, software lifecycle documentation, clinical evaluation, model validation, data governance, traceability, and change management. Collaborates with AI engineering, quality, regulatory affairs, product, and clinical teams.
