Lead the development of TRS’s operations management system, KPI dashboards, daily management routines, and end-to-end diagnostic interpretation value stream. Identify bottlenecks, analyze performance data, apply Lean Six Sigma methods, drive frontline process improvements, scale successful pilots into standard operating practices, and build a central process excellence team and network of improvement champions. The role requires hands-on execution, cross-functional influence, and ownership of operational performance across production, quality, technology, and customer-facing functions.

Manage end-to-end technical recruiting for IT, AI/ML, software, infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, networking, cybersecurity, data, and engineering roles. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing candidate communication, negotiating compensation, maintaining ATS records, building talent pipelines, tracking recruiting metrics, and supporting employer branding and recruiting events.

Manage and optimize LAN/WAN, WLAN, VPN, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance, uptime, utilization, and security; troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity issues; coordinate with ISPs and vendors; maintain network documentation and IP inventories; and support infrastructure upgrades, backup connectivity, and disaster recovery.

Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact, resolve operational and technical issues, track cases against turnaround times, coordinate with internal teams, provide client updates, and prepare KPI and performance reports. The role also identifies workflow gaps, supports process improvements, and communicates client feedback to Operations, Technical Support, and Quality teams.

Provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the founder by managing calendars, meetings, travel, correspondence, reports, presentations, research, action items, documentation, and confidential information. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and minutes, support executive office operations, and use AI, automation, video editing, and digital media tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.
