Creates high-quality graphic designs and final artwork for marketing collateral, presentations, websites, and other media. Develops concepts, layouts, illustrations, and brand-consistent visual elements for target audiences. Coordinates approvals and production with internal teams, agencies, art services, vendors, and printers. Manages multiple projects, proofreads materials, submits progress reports, and meets tight deadlines while adapting to changing priorities.

Provides outpatient, corporate, health-check, and telemedicine care. Diagnoses and treats patients, makes referrals to specialists and pharmacy services, completes treatment documentation, and assists with patient and department management.

Lead the organization’s talent acquisition strategy across clinical and non-clinical roles. Manage end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, lead the recruiting team, partner with business leaders, strengthen employer branding, monitor hiring metrics, improve candidate experience, use ATS and sourcing technologies, and ensure compliance with employment policies and diversity initiatives.

Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, prepare meeting materials and minutes, support executive office operations, and use AI, automation, video editing, and digital media tools to improve productivity and workflow efficiency.

Provides clinical nursing care, including specimen collection, instrument sterilization, vital-sign monitoring, patient assessment, medication and treatment observation, health education, physician assistance, emergency response, and accurate recordkeeping. Maintains patient confidentiality, manages handovers and house-visit records, addresses patient queries, coordinates clinic activities, ensures proper equipment use and disposal, and supports continuous service-quality improvement.

Authors and maintains regulatory and technical documentation for AI-enabled medical devices and SaMD. Supports FDA submissions, EU MDR technical files, audits, inspections, QMS compliance, risk management, software lifecycle documentation, clinical evaluation, model validation, data governance, traceability, and change management. Collaborates with AI engineering, quality, regulatory affairs, product, and clinical teams.

Manage and optimize LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPNs, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and firewalls. Monitor network performance, availability, utilization, and security; troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, routing, and connectivity issues; coordinate with ISPs and vendors; maintain network documentation and IP inventories; and support infrastructure upgrades, backup connectivity, and disaster recovery. The role requires strong networking, security, troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
