Conduct medical imaging research focused on radiology, cardiology, teleradiology, emergency imaging, and AI. Responsibilities include literature reviews, data extraction and database maintenance, research methodology and statistical analysis, scientific writing, grant proposals, journal submissions, conference collaboration, and educational material development.

Manage daily clinical quality assurance operations for teleradiology, including radiology report reviews, discrepancy tracking, QA metrics, TAT performance, dashboards, escalations, and documentation. Coordinate AI-assisted radiology QA projects, lead the QA team, collaborate with radiologists and technical teams, support training and workflow improvements, and ensure healthcare compliance.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles across software, IT, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, AI/ML, and engineering. Responsibilities include stakeholder partnering, candidate sourcing and screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, compensation negotiation, ATS maintenance, pipeline development, recruiting metrics, employer branding, and recruitment events.
