Lead partner onboarding and integration launches across APAC, serving as the technical and operational focal point for mobile network operators and strategic partners. Responsibilities include solution configuration, API integration support, testing, UAT coordination, launch readiness, post-launch monitoring, customer workshops, requirements translation, stakeholder alignment, documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement.

Own customer success, growth, retention, onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansion for Mobile Network Operator customers across APAC. Lead digital product launches, translate customer needs into technical requirements, coordinate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Partnerships, and identify commercial opportunities. Monitor performance, recommend actions, support contract discussions, and develop strategic partner relationships across telecommunications, digital services, payments, and technology ecosystems.

Own the commercial performance and wholesale roaming P&L for managed roaming customers across APAC. Build customer partnerships, set targets, lead performance reviews, coordinate roaming negotiators and delivery teams, maximise negotiated value, shape coverage priorities, and use data and commercial insight to improve outcomes. The role requires international collaboration, account management, roaming expertise, and occasional travel.

Provides commercial legal counsel across contract negotiation, transactions, compliance, data protection, sanctions, competition law, corporate governance, and risk management. Drafts and reviews agreements, supports acquisitions and business initiatives, manages external counsel, maintains governance frameworks and the Quality Management System, and improves legal processes. The role advises international business functions and reports to the Chief Legal Officer in Solna, Sweden.

Administer and operate the Coupa procurement platform, including configuration, user access, master data, housekeeping, health checks, incident management, testing, releases, and change implementation. Assess configuration requests, resolve complex issues, provide analytics and operational insights, and drive platform improvements. Collaborate with business, ERP, integration, technical, and vendor teams to maintain governance, security, data quality, SLAs, and standardized source-to-pay processes across business units.

Coordinate global roaming rollout execution with internal teams and international partners, manage testing and launches, maintain documentation and tracking, negotiate/coordinate IRAs, monitor progress, resolve operational issues, and ensure smooth cross-border service delivery.
