Lead or contribute to Telenor’s group-wide talent management agenda, focusing on succession planning for executive and critical roles, talent identification, assessment, development, and talent programs. Responsibilities include supporting people reviews, global executive recruitment, and improving the use of talent data, technology, and AI. The Director will shape talent practices and work with senior leaders, while the Manager will deliver and improve complex processes, programs, data, and insights.

Develop and maintain scalable solutions across Telenor’s Salesforce ecosystem, supporting sales, customer service, and operations. Translate business requirements into sustainable code, collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain mature platforms, explore new Salesforce capabilities, and contribute to agile team practices and knowledge sharing.

Designs end-to-end technology solutions that connect business needs with scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture. The role guides modernization initiatives from discovery through implementation, collaborates with business and technical stakeholders, and ensures alignment with architecture principles, security, cost, and strategic direction. Experience in telecommunications, BSS/OSS, cloud-native technologies, APIs, microservices, AI, and security architecture is advantageous.
