Provide strategic IT leadership and presales solution design for SMB and mid-market clients. Partner with CSMs to create multi-year roadmaps, budgets, governance, and QBRs. Design and scope Azure (IaaS/PaaS, VMs, networking, AD/Entra, security, backup, cost optimization) and SharePoint Online solutions (migrations, governance, permissions, workflows). Produce proposals, SOWs, POCs, and train teams while recommending technology adoption aligned to the company stack.

Serve as a Strategic Technology Advisor driving executive-level IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and lifecycle strategy. Proactively identify operational risks, own retention and NRR, orchestrate internal teams, and guide multi-stakeholder technology initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to meet targets; manage KPIs/scorecards and Salesforce usage; oversee forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales processes; approve quotes and service agreements; collaborate with leadership and other departments to drive revenue in tech services.
