First point of contact for incoming service requests: answer calls, create accurate tickets, schedule and dispatch technicians and subcontractors, monitor and adjust field schedules, confirm appointments, escalate urgent issues, maintain ticket status and documentation, and support reporting and resource planning to ensure timely, coordinated field service delivery.

Manage planning, execution, financial tracking, and closeout of access control, CCTV, low-voltage, and physical security projects. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, vendors, and clients; track budgets, schedules, risks, change orders, and project documentation using Excel and PSA/project systems to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and successful handoff.

Serve as a Virtual CIO and Solutions Architect delivering strategic IT leadership and presales Azure and SharePoint solution design for SMB clients. Create roadmaps, QBRs, budgets, governance, migrations, technical proposals, and proof-of-concepts while supporting CSMs and ensuring alignment of technology investments with business goals.
