Own client outcomes across a portfolio by leading executive technology conversations, identifying operational risks, aligning IT strategies with business goals, driving retention and expansion, and coordinating internal engineering, support, and sales teams. The role requires consultative communication, technical fluency, strategic thinking, executive presence, and accountability in a fast-paced managed services environment.

Supports revenue growth by responding to inbound quote requests, preparing accurate quotes, managing client upgrades and renewals, and conducting outbound upsell campaigns. Tracks sales activity in CRM and quoting systems, coordinates with internal teams, and maintains strong customer service, follow-up, pricing, and order-management practices.

Designs, deploys, maintains, and secures LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD-WAN infrastructure across multiple client environments. Configures network hardware, firewalls, wireless platforms, VPNs, and security controls; resolves complex escalations; monitors and optimizes performance; automates routine tasks; and leads assessments, migrations, and deployments. The role also documents environments, supports client onboarding, and mentors junior engineers.
