Perform MSP client onboarding and professional services projects: discover and document environments, deploy MSP platforms, execute Microsoft 365/Azure/Entra ID/Intune and infrastructure migrations, configure networking, servers, endpoints and security, validate and document work, and hand off to service teams while coordinating with project managers and vendors.

Provide strategic IT leadership and presales solution design for SMB and mid-market clients. Partner with CSMs to create multi-year roadmaps, budgets, governance, and QBRs. Design and scope Azure (IaaS/PaaS, VMs, networking, AD/Entra, security, backup, cost optimization) and SharePoint Online solutions (migrations, governance, permissions, workflows). Produce proposals, SOWs, POCs, and train teams while recommending technology adoption aligned to the company stack.

Provide vCIO strategic IT leadership and presales solutions architecture for SMBs, focusing on Azure and SharePoint. Design cloud and collaboration solutions, guide migrations and adoption, create roadmaps/QBRs, scope/pricing, produce proposals/SOWs, run POCs, and support CSMs with training and governance to align technology investments with business goals.
