Provides database-level and Level 2 application support for financial transaction processing. Monitors payments, settlements, reconciliations, scheduled jobs, ETL processes, and batch executions; validates data, resolves exceptions, performs approved corrections, and investigates discrepancies. Develops and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views; analyzes datasets, supports deployments and migrations, conducts root cause analysis, maintains documentation, and assists with testing, incident management, and audit controls.

Develop scalable applications and REST APIs using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core. Support SQL Server-to-Snowflake data movement, troubleshoot pipeline and data discrepancies, automate administrative processes, and contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and architectural improvements.

Provide L1 application and production support by resolving Freshservice tickets, troubleshooting issues, performing approved data corrections, and writing SQL Server queries. Maintain stored procedures, triggers, and DML operations; document resolutions and root causes; identify recurring issues; and coordinate escalations with development, QA, and database teams. The role requires SLA and incident management knowledge, strong communication, and night-shift work from home.

Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, load balancing, monitoring, access controls, and security. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support service restoration. Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams while mentoring developers, leading technical discussions, supporting hiring, and aligning technical delivery with business goals.

Execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, WhatsApp, push, and in-app channels using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Build journeys, segment audiences in Salesforce Data Cloud, resolve identities, validate integrations, maintain data quality and consent compliance, conduct testing, analyze performance, and optimize customer communications across fintech onboarding, KYC, activation, lending, repayment, cross-sell, and retention journeys.

Develop and optimize MS SQL Server and Snowflake data pipelines, transformations, reconciliations, validations, and ETL/ELT workflows. Process large-scale financial and operational datasets, troubleshoot discrepancies and performance issues, support data migration and reporting, automate manual processes, and maintain data quality documentation. Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Credit, Finance, and Product teams to deliver scalable data solutions and improve operational efficiency.

Design, develop, and maintain Python-based test automation frameworks for web and mobile applications. Create automated tests with Selenium, Playwright, and Appium; implement BDD practices; integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines; execute regression, smoke, and functional suites; analyze defects and logs; support test planning, quality metrics, and manual exploratory testing.

Build, validate, deploy, and monitor real-time credit risk and fraud detection models for fintech underwriting. Develop thin-file models, optimize approval rates, credit limits, and pricing, and conduct A/B experiments. Create data pipelines and retraining workflows, integrate models into APIs, assess drift and stability, and translate analytical findings into business recommendations while balancing risk and growth.

Lead end-to-end development of scalable cross-platform mobile applications, including design, implementation, testing, performance optimization, security, releases, and production support. Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams; establish development best practices; resolve technical issues; and mentor junior developers. Manage deployments to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store while staying current with mobile technologies.

Generates and qualifies B2B leads through research, networking, calls, email, LinkedIn, events, and meetings. Maintains CRM prospect pipelines, schedules sales meetings and demonstrations, communicates product value, researches markets and competitors, and collaborates with internal teams.
