Provide rotational-shift production support for business-critical applications and databases. Monitor and resolve incidents within SLAs, troubleshoot Microsoft SQL Server queries and database issues, validate and reconcile NACHA/ACH banking files, investigate application errors, execute approved data corrections, document resolutions, and coordinate with technical teams. Support monitoring of scheduled jobs and file-processing activities while maintaining ownership through incident closure.

Administer and optimize Snowflake environments across development, testing, and production. Manage platform health, performance, cost, RBAC, security, governance, data integration, quality validation, monitoring, incident response, backup, recovery, and business continuity. Support SQL Server-to-Snowflake data movement, troubleshoot pipeline and data discrepancies, automate administrative processes, and contribute to CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and architectural improvements.

Manage and maintain Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, storage, networking, load balancing, monitoring, access controls, and security. Respond to incidents, troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support service restoration. Develop PowerShell or Bash automation, assist with patching and vulnerability remediation, optimize costs and performance, maintain operational documentation, and participate in change management and deployment processes.
