Provides database-level and Level 2 application support for financial transaction processing. Monitors payments, settlements, reconciliations, scheduled jobs, ETL processes, and batch executions; validates data, resolves exceptions, performs approved corrections, and investigates discrepancies. Develops and optimizes SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and views; analyzes datasets, supports deployments and migrations, conducts root cause analysis, maintains documentation, and assists with testing, incident management, and audit controls.

Develop scalable applications and REST APIs using .NET 8, ASP.NET Core Web API, and Entity Framework Core. Lead end-to-end development, including architecture, coding, testing, deployment, optimization, and legacy migration. Design and tune SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, functions, and indexes. Resolve performance bottlenecks, apply OWASP-aligned secure coding practices, implement monitoring and logging, and produce reusable technical documentation.

Analyze large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, anomalies, and business drivers. Build Tableau dashboards, automated KPI reports, reusable datasets, and analytical workflows using SQL, Snowflake, and Python. Translate business questions into actionable recommendations, validate data pipelines, monitor data quality, support governance, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Risk, Operations, and Business teams. Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
