The role requires technical expertise in ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, or related disciplines, strong commercial and financial management, regular on-site presence, and effective coordination with clients, contractors, and construction teams. Senior levels manage major accounts, mentor teams, and support account growth.

Design integrated audiovisual systems across diverse facilities, producing construction documents, specifications, layouts, signal flows, rack designs, and equipment schedules. Coordinate with architects, IT teams, consultants, manufacturers, integrators, and clients throughout the project lifecycle. Senior-level responsibilities may include leading design strategies, managing client relationships, mentoring designers, and developing standards. The role is fully remote with potential international travel.

Perform acoustical analysis and develop recommendations for sound isolation, room acoustics, mechanical noise and vibration, and environmental noise. Prepare specifications and construction-phase documentation, use acoustical modeling tools, and collaborate with architects, engineers, owners, and facility operators throughout project lifecycles. Senior employees lead complex design strategies, mentor staff, manage client relationships, and support practice development. The role is fully remote with potential international travel.

Design and document telecommunications and structured cabling infrastructure, including copper and fiber systems, outside plant infrastructure, DAS, public safety radio, and passive optical networks. Produce construction documents, specifications, and coordinated technology drawings using Revit and/or AutoCAD. Collaborate with architects, engineers, IT teams, and construction managers across project lifecycles. Senior-level work may include design leadership, mentoring, client management, and practice development.

Lead business development for TEECOM's Workplace/Corporate vertical by building client relationships, developing a sales plan, generating pipeline, leveraging market intelligence, supporting project pursuits, representing the firm at industry events, and traveling to meet clients (30–40%). Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor internally, and capture competitive and client insights to grow market share and repeat business.
