Serve as a trusted advisor, mentor internally, and capture competitive and client insights to grow market share and repeat business.

Lead Revit modeling, manage model health, run clash detection, and produce coordinated construction documentation. Translate engineer markups into buildable deliverables, mentor Designers, drive BIM standards and workflow improvements, and maintain project coordination across multiple teams and tools.

The Associate Principal leads multi-discipline projects, mentors engineers, contributes to design standards, and ensures quality deliverables while fostering client relationships and internal team capabilities.
