Teams at TEECOM

Support engineering teams by tracking schedules, milestones, documentation, budgets, invoicing, resource forecasts, and project risks across multiple engagements. Coordinate with discipline engineers and Team Leads, maintain operational organization, communicate project updates, and help improve processes. Senior-level responsibilities may include supporting multiple Team Leads and mentoring junior project managers. The role is fully remote and may involve international travel.

Design and validate enterprise Wi-Fi, DAS, private LTE/5G, ERCES, and wired network infrastructure for complex facilities. Responsibilities include predictive RF modeling, construction documentation, equipment layouts, specifications, installation support, and post-installation testing. Senior-level contributors lead design strategies, mentor engineers, manage client relationships, and support practice growth. The role is fully remote, spans multiple experience levels, and may involve international travel.

Technical Project Managers own client relationships, technology scope, and delivery across concurrent projects. They coordinate design teams, manage construction administration, review submittals and RFIs, lead client meetings, troubleshoot field issues, and oversee commissioning and closeout. The role requires technical expertise in ICT/Telecom, Security, AV, Wireless, or related disciplines, strong commercial and financial management, regular on-site presence, and effective coordination with clients, contractors, and construction teams. Senior levels manage major accounts, mentor teams, and support account growth.
