Lead business architecture for the judiciary: analyze and optimize court processes, align business and technology strategy, design future-state processes, translate requirements into solutions, develop business cases, engage stakeholders, and establish governance and standards to support implementation.

Lead business architecture efforts for a judiciary agency: assess and redesign court processes, align business and technology strategies, develop business cases, implement solutions with IT, enforce governance and standards, and engage stakeholders including judges and administrators.

Build, deploy, and manage primarily AWS cloud environments; provision compute, networking, and databases; implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines; monitor and troubleshoot AWS/Azure infrastructure; support operations, upgrades, and collaborate with development teams.

Lead analysis of business processes and requirements, collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, support UAT, manage scope and risks, and mentor junior analysts to drive operational efficiency and data-driven decisions.

Lead HHS-focused business development to identify, qualify, and capture opportunities across CMS and HHS. Build pipelines, develop account and capture strategies, engage customers and partners, support proposal and capture efforts, and maintain CRM and pipeline reporting to grow TechSur's federal health IT presence.
