Elicit and document client requirements, write user stories, manage product backlogs, analyze business processes and legacy systems, design solution options, and collaborate with development and testing teams. Serve as the primary customer contact during requirements gathering, control scope, create process documentation and workflow diagrams, and support Agile software development projects. Candidates must provide prior requirements artifacts such as user stories, business process documents, or UAT scenarios.

Supports the administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support of SharePoint and enterprise collaboration platforms. Manages sites, permissions, accounts, security groups, performance monitoring, documentation, and Microsoft 365 integrations. Resolves Windows, OneDrive, and access issues while providing customer-focused assistance. Participates in testing updates, escalates complex problems, and follows up with users. Requires two years of SharePoint administration experience, familiarity with Microsoft 365 and directory services, and the ability to obtain a public trust.

Supports cloud and on-premises infrastructure operations, including Linux and Windows administration, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation, CI/CD, containers, identity management, security patching, and infrastructure changes. Assists senior engineers with AWS or Azure environments, Infrastructure as Code, incident resolution, documentation, deployments, and reliability improvements for a federal USCIS program.
