Recruit and onboard technical and administrative employees by writing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring needs, preparing offers, and guiding pre-employment requirements. Build talent pipelines, develop graduate recruitment programs, support employer branding, maintain secure employee records, produce HR reports, and assist with establishing formal HR operations. The role also requires understanding technical IT requirements and Philippine labor legislation.

Writes technical reports using client-provided information and independent research, verifies accuracy through source recordings, and rapidly learns new technologies. Collaborates remotely with the onshore team, works independently under a director’s guidance, and receives training on the company’s technical writing process. The role requires strong written English, basic hands-on software development experience, report-writing ability, and at least two years of software or writing experience.
