Build and scale the MVP, define architecture and technology strategy, establish secure and reliable engineering practices, implement CI/CD and deployment processes, and guide product iteration based on market feedback. The CTO will collaborate with the founder on strategy, recruit and mentor future engineers, and build the engineering organization over time.

Build and ship end-to-end full-stack products combining frontend, backend, and LLM orchestration. Develop AI-powered workflows, rapidly prototype customer solutions, and scale platform security, observability, and performance for enterprise use. Collaborate directly with customers and subject matter experts, contribute to product strategy, and mentor engineers while establishing technical best practices in a fast-growing founding team.
