Responsibilities include strategic implementation, consortium and team leadership, management of a local investment and grants facility, Dutch commercial partnerships, donor and government liaison, financial and administrative oversight, risk management, monitoring and evaluation, reporting, and integration of gender, climate resilience, and nutrition priorities.

Leads TNS Labs, TechnoServe’s internal digital innovation unit, by scaling technology solutions for agriculture and entrepreneurship programs. Manages software and engineering staff, oversees pilots and product roadmaps, supports proposals and partner assessments, and coaches distributed field teams. Builds and maintains secure full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, AI/ML models, and LLM-powered workflows. Owns technical delivery from architecture through deployment, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement while establishing agile development and quality practices.

Lead the five-year Benin shea-sector program: provide strategic leadership and technical oversight, manage implementation and budget, recruit and supervise teams and partners, liaise with donor and government counterparts, oversee deliverables, and represent the program regionally while advancing market-systems interventions and women’s economic empowerment.

Lead strategy, technical quality, and implementation for the programme's soy portfolio across corridors. Manage corridor teams, build private-sector partnerships, support investment mobilization, scale climate-smart soy approaches, ensure monitoring and learning, coordinate cross-functional teams, and represent the programme to government, donors, and industry stakeholders.

Lead development of partnerships and innovative finance solutions to mobilize investment for agri‑SMEs and farmers. Conduct financial ecosystem analysis, structure transactions, support investment readiness, design blended finance and de‑risking instruments, coordinate investor matchmaking and forums, and contribute to donor reporting and programme learning.

Lead development and management of private-sector partnerships across the cashew value chain in Northern Mozambique. Implement inclusive business models, support sourcing, aggregation, processing, certification and market access, coordinate co-investment and partner agreements, and liaise with producers, processors, financial institutions, and government to strengthen competitive, sustainable supply chains under the GV4G programme.

Lead private-sector engagement across the Nacala Corridor to develop commercially viable, climate-smart soy market systems. Build partnerships with processors, aggregators, commercial farms, input suppliers, and financial institutions; coordinate co-investment and sourcing models; support supply chain strengthening, market linkages, and agronomy teams; conduct market assessments; promote regenerative agriculture; represent the program in sector forums and contribute to reporting and adaptive management.

Leads TechnoServe’s Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda operations, overseeing an $6M-plus portfolio of eight programs and 94 staff. Responsibilities include strategic growth and business development, donor and stakeholder engagement, program delivery, financial and administrative compliance, human resources, legal matters, regional coordination, and team leadership. The role is based in Nairobi and requires up to 30% travel.

Lead technical implementation of regenerative agricultural practices to reduce GHG emissions; upskill farmers and SMEs in maize, rice, sorghum, and soybean; develop trainings and ToTs; mentor field staff; coordinate with Program Manager and MEL on reporting, impact assessment, and carbon accounting; represent project externally.

Provide field-based business advisory to agri-SMEs in Mbeya and Songwe: screen and enroll beneficiaries, conduct due diligence and diagnostics, deliver training and bootcamps, support financial management and business documentation, prepare SMEs for lender engagement, track progress and collect M&E data.
