Builds and maintains secure full-stack applications, APIs, microservices, AI/ML models, and LLM-powered workflows. Owns technical delivery from architecture through deployment, monitoring, testing, and continuous improvement while establishing agile development and quality practices.

Lead the five-year Benin shea-sector program: provide strategic leadership and technical oversight, manage implementation and budget, recruit and supervise teams and partners, liaise with donor and government counterparts, oversee deliverables, and represent the program regionally while advancing market-systems interventions and women’s economic empowerment.

Lead development of partnerships and innovative finance solutions to mobilize investment for agri‑SMEs and farmers.
