Lead enterprise software sales across Africa and Asia, focusing on public-sector and government clients. Own the full sales cycle, including prospecting, RFP and tender responses, negotiations, and contract closure. Build strategic partnerships, maintain sales pipelines and forecasts, and drive revenue growth. Mentor and motivate sales teams while coordinating with presales and delivery teams to develop competitive proposals.

Lead pre-sales and solution strategy for government and enterprise transformation opportunities. Responsibilities include solution architecture, RFP and tender responses, technical proposals, compliance matrices, architecture diagrams, PoCs, customer presentations, effort estimation, bid strategy, and evaluation of AI, cloud, open-source, IAM, ERP, and enterprise automation technologies. The role independently coordinates stakeholders and develops reusable proposal frameworks and solution accelerators.
