Leads product strategy, architecture, development, deployment, and continuous improvement for scalable public-sector digital platforms. Owns product roadmaps, technology governance, Agile practices, stakeholder engagement, pre-sales support, and platform growth. Builds cross-functional teams and reusable technology assets while ensuring security, compliance, scalability, interoperability, and alignment with government policies and customer needs.

Provide functional consulting support for finance systems, coordinate projects across local and international teams, contribute to global finance initiatives, and assist French-speaking clients with onboarding, support, stakeholder engagement, and content localization. Requires fluent French and strong English, plus at least five years of experience supporting systems such as Dynamics Business Central, Salesforce, and Costpoint.

Acquire new enterprise and public-sector accounts across African markets, close high-value IT solution deals, conduct market and competitive analysis, and develop go-to-market strategies. Manage RFPs, bids, procurement processes, and relationships with multilateral organizations including the World Bank, IFC, EU, and USAID. The role requires ethical, strategic selling and offers mentorship toward future sales leadership.
