Manage business data and governance while designing, automating, and maintaining dashboards and management reports. Analyze performance, costs, income leakage, customer-support operations, and business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Present findings to senior management, support business cases, resolve recurring customer issues, coordinate with IT on system problems, and improve forecasting, planning, data quality, and reporting efficiency.

Acquire new enterprise and public-sector accounts across African markets, close high-value IT solution deals, conduct market and competitive analysis, and develop go-to-market strategies. Manage RFPs, bids, procurement processes, and relationships with multilateral organizations including the World Bank, IFC, EU, and USAID. The role requires ethical, strategic selling and offers mentorship toward future sales leadership.

Leads a large-scale digital transformation project, overseeing planning, execution, governance, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, documentation, and closure. Builds relationships with government ministries, donors, and partners; leads workshops and steering meetings; manages stakeholder expectations; coordinates cross-functional teams and resources; and mentors project staff. The role requires extensive public-sector IT and tax or revenue administration project experience, donor-funded program delivery, strong process management, and cultural adaptability.
