In-office sales role responsible for generating new business and growing revenue within an assigned territory through outbound calls, email outreach, and inbound lead follow-up. Convert quotes to orders, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, track performance metrics, collaborate with field sales and internal teams, monitor market and competitor activity, and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Assemble sub-assemblies and final products per specifications using hand and power tools. Follow SOPs, maintain safety and 5S, inspect and rework components, support team goals, and assist or lead other production associates as needed.
