Conducts audits, inspections, training, accident investigations, injury claims management, hazardous-material oversight, environmental-site inspections, and regulatory documentation. Develops safety and environmental procedures, maintains records, supports worker health and safety programs, and coordinates with project leadership, human resources, government agencies, and military personnel.

Manage and implement the Quality Control program for DoD facility support services, conducting inspections, tracking performance and compliance, investigating complaints, recommending corrective actions, and reporting to project leadership. Coordinate with safety and operations, maintain surveillance systems, monitor qualifications, and promote continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Manage GFEBS data entry, reporting, and project administration for PPE, Business Intelligence, and projects on a military installation. Compile and disseminate reports, document and control contract work, create work requests, and enter records into GFEBS. Coordinate with project teams and government representatives.

Lead and oversee facilities maintenance operations at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield. Serve as primary EMI contact with Government, subcontractors, and field staff; manage multiple trades, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, quality, safety, and reporting; supervise supervisors, coordinate resources, support emergency response, and ensure contract compliance and performance.

Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive technical documentation for a DoD software modernization program, including requirements, architecture, user and operational guides, ETL/data flow docs, SOPs, and acquisition artifacts. Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders, maintain version-controlled repositories, use government-approved generative AI tools, support Agile sprints, and ensure compliance with DoD documentation standards and risk management activities.

Administer, secure, tune, and manage lifecycle of enterprise Oracle databases supporting mission-critical DoD applications. Implement STIG-compliant security, backup/recovery, CI/CD-integrated migration scripts, cloud-based Oracle support (AWS), and database modernization alongside DevSecOps and Agile teams.

Lead QA and testing for a DoD software modernization program: plan and execute manual and automated tests (functional, regression, integration, security, performance, accessibility), develop automation frameworks, manage defect lifecycle, support RMF and accreditation, validate WCAG and security findings, report metrics, and collaborate with Agile teams and stakeholders to ensure release quality.

Serve as Agile servant leader for a cross-functional DoD software team: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach Agile practices, maintain backlog, track sprint metrics, generate Agile reports, support DevSecOps integration, and ensure compliance with contract and DoD acquisition requirements.

Lead a DoD software modernization program as primary Government interface. Provide program leadership, manage cost/schedule/quality, oversee Agile/DevSecOps teams, ensure SWP compliance, monitor performance and risks, support CPARS, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions.

Lead architecture and implementation of secure, scalable Java enterprise solutions using Spring Boot, microservices, and Git-based workflows. Ensure code quality through SonarQube, GitLab CI/CD, SAST, and automated testing; remediate vulnerabilities and meet RMF/STIG and WCAG requirements. Mentor engineers, promote DevSecOps practices, prototype emerging technologies, and support continuous improvement for a DoD modernization program. Active Secret clearance required.

Lead and administer DevSecOps and AWS Cloud One environments for a DoD program: design/maintain CI/CD pipelines, implement IaC, integrate SAST/DAST/OSA and SBOM, manage Docker/container deployments, enforce STIGs and secrets management, support releases, monitor infrastructure, and ensure security and compliance.
