Leads architecture and implementation of secure, scalable Java enterprise software for a mission-critical DoD modernization program. Responsibilities include technical leadership, coding, peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, SAST, vulnerability remediation, technical debt reduction, quality metrics, RMF and STIG compliance, emerging technology evaluation, mentoring, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, DevSecOps, testing, database, cybersecurity, and Agile teams.

Lead DevSecOps and AWS cloud administration for a mission-critical DoD program. Design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with IaC, integrate security testing and SBOM processes, manage containers and secrets, support releases, monitor environments, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and STIGs.

Manages energy and mobility construction projects from scope and estimating through delivery. Coordinates internal and external teams, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, vendors, contractors, and client meetings. Provides project reporting, oversees pre-construction activities, conducts site visits, and ensures safe, timely, specification-compliant execution. Requires experience with electrical construction projects, travel up to 60%, and eligibility for a DoD Secret security clearance.

Lead design and implementation of secure, compliant enterprise IT solutions for a federal customer. Develop architecture strategies, AOAs, LOE estimates, technical documentation, and roadmaps. Guide development teams, assess integrations, ensure FedRAMP/NIST/Section 508 compliance, perform network/data center assessments, and present technical recommendations to senior government stakeholders.

Administer and maintain enterprise servers, virtual environments, and infrastructure for a mission-critical DOD platform. Perform system administration, monitoring, patching, backups, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and documentation. Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineers, help desk, and government stakeholders. Support upgrades, disaster recovery, after-hours maintenance, and on-call duties while ensuring security and availability of systems.

Serve as Agile servant leader for a cross-functional DoD software team: facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, coach Agile practices, maintain backlog, track sprint metrics, generate Agile reports, support DevSecOps integration, and ensure compliance with contract and DoD acquisition requirements.

Lead a DoD software modernization program as primary Government interface. Provide program leadership, manage cost/schedule/quality, oversee Agile/DevSecOps teams, ensure SWP compliance, monitor performance and risks, support CPARS, and deliver secure, scalable software solutions.
