Manage and implement the Quality Control program for DoD facility support services, conducting inspections, tracking performance and compliance, investigating complaints, recommending corrective actions, and reporting to project leadership. Coordinate with safety and operations, maintain surveillance systems, monitor qualifications, and promote continuous improvement and customer service excellence.

Provide first- and second-tier technical support for PCs, servers, and mainframe applications; triage and resolve incidents via ticketing systems; coordinate escalations with network, systems, and development teams; support evaluation and testing of end-user computing solutions; consult with client staff on PC and LAN issues to restore service and identify root causes.

Senior Database Programmer responsible for Oracle and Microsoft SQL database programming, administration, and sustainment of DoD systems in DISA, AWS GovCloud, Azure/Cloud One environments. Creates and modifies procedures, queries, triggers, scripts, and views; performs PL/SQL/T-SQL development, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment across development, test, and production. Ensures security, compliance (DoDAF/NDAA), and coordinates with stakeholders to support enterprise logistics and personnel movement systems. Requires active DoD Secret clearance and DoD 8140 compliance.
