Leads architecture and implementation of secure, scalable Java enterprise software for a mission-critical DoD modernization program. Responsibilities include technical leadership, coding, peer reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, SAST, vulnerability remediation, technical debt reduction, quality metrics, RMF and STIG compliance, emerging technology evaluation, mentoring, and continuous improvement. The role collaborates with engineering, DevSecOps, testing, database, cybersecurity, and Agile teams.

Lead DevSecOps and AWS cloud administration for a mission-critical DoD program. Design CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure with IaC, integrate security testing and SBOM processes, manage containers and secrets, support releases, monitor environments, resolve incidents, and ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and STIGs.
