The Lead Software Engineer will design and maintain high-performance software solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with US teams while leading software development efforts.

Designs and operates scalable, secure, and reliable multi-cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include Terraform-based provisioning, container orchestration, Docker security, networking and VPC architecture, CI/CD and release engineering, source control governance, troubleshooting, automation, and cross-functional technical decision-making. The role collaborates with development teams, stakeholders, and clients while improving DevOps practices across AWS, GCP, and Azure environments.

Design, build, and support scalable data warehousing and ETL pipelines across cloud/on-prem environments. Lead data discovery with business teams, ensure testing/monitoring for data reliability, document standards, mentor BI engineers, and participate in on-call rotation.

Manage ecommerce operations, drive project execution, optimize workflows, oversee KPIs, and ensure cross-functional coordination in a dynamic setting.

The Technical Lead oversees a cross-functional team, providing architectural guidance, driving technical decisions, managing client communications, and ensuring alignment with engineering guidelines.
