The Role:
As a Lead Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design, implementation strategy, and overall technical vision for Salesforce-based solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures that meet business needs and align with best practices. This role requires both technical depth and strong communication and leadership skills.
What you will do:
- Own the end-to-end architecture of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and custom apps
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions using best practices
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define long-term strategies and roadmaps for Salesforce implementation
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and admins
- Evaluate existing org setup, recommend improvements, and define governance standards
- Design scalable data models, security models, and automation frameworks
- Architect integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or platform events
- Review code and configurations for adherence to architectural standards
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements accordingly
- Lead technical discussions and architecture sessions with both internal and external teams
- Create system architecture documentation, ERDs, sequence diagrams, and integration specifications
Required Skills:
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Salesforce platform
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a senior technical leadership role
- Deep understanding of Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
- Expert in designing scalable and maintainable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Process Builder
- Strong background in data modeling, security, and performance optimization
- Hands-on experience with complex integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware, ETL tools)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders and present complex ideas clearly
- Experience with CI/CD tools and deployment strategies in Salesforce
Nice to have Skills:
- Experience in Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or Field Service
- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Familiarity with JavaScript, CSS, and front-end technologies
- Experience supporting enterprise-level Salesforce implementations
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect (nice-to-have)
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II (nice-to-have)
- Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer or Data Architecture Designer (nice-to-have)

- $100-$140/hr
