Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, S3, and IAM. Manage deployments, build reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts, maintain GitLab CI templates, troubleshoot networking, IAM, and Kubernetes issues, and improve observability and platform stability with Datadog. Partner with application teams to communicate platform standards and participate in production on-call ownership.

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Teamworks’ Operations product category. Lead integrated campaigns, content, webinars, events, and targeted outreach to generate pipeline across professional and collegiate sports. Manage campaign calendars, collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success, and analyze performance to guide optimization. The role requires autonomous cross-functional leadership, B2B demand-generation expertise, sports-industry knowledge, and productive use of AI and marketing technology.

Own the product strategy, roadmap, team, customer relationships, and P&L for Teamworks’ Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence portfolio. Lead AI strategy across sports markets, integrate acquired products, align engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales, and convert proprietary sports data into AI-powered workflows. Represent the business with teams, leagues, and partners while driving multi-market growth and product execution.

Own the full customer lifecycle for Teamworks clients in Japan, including implementation, training, renewals, expansion, and software adoption across sports technology products. Build trusted relationships with Japanese sports organizations, identify growth opportunities, translate technical concepts for stakeholders, and collaborate with product and intelligence teams. The role requires Japanese and English fluency, sports industry experience in Japan, strong communication and project management skills, and travel within Japan.

Own technical account management for APAC performance-product clients, primarily Teamworks AMS. Lead implementations from configuration through adoption, provide consulting and training, troubleshoot product and strategic issues, introduce features, and partner with Sales and Customer Success on renewals and expansion. The role serves elite sporting organizations across APAC and requires strong client management, sports technology or high-performance sport experience, product expertise, and APAC timezone availability.

Own post-sale relationships for Teamworks customers across the Middle East. Lead Arabic-language Hub implementations, drive renewals and account health, support demos and cross-sell opportunities, and build relationships through on-site customer visits. The role requires fluent Arabic and English, professional sports organization experience, project management, data literacy, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Own the AMS frontend, designing and shipping React and TypeScript features for data-intensive grids, forms, dashboards, and widgets. Integrate RESTful APIs using TanStack Query, manage state with React Context or Zustand, implement SurveyJS forms, and optimize performance for large datasets. Collaborate with backend engineers and designers, contribute to code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and work across time zones with an Australia-based team. The role requires US citizenship and willingness to pursue future security clearance.

Lead and ship Teamworks AI products (Ask Teamworks and AI-native agents), own foundational AI platform and standards, drive roadmap for agentic workflows, define evaluation/grounding policies, measure product success (query success, time-to-answer, DAU, NPS), and enable other PMs to adopt AI patterns across the product suite.

Own go-to-market for Coaching and Personnel product categories: gather market, customer, and competitive insights; define positioning and messaging; lead product launches and multi-channel campaigns; build enablement, playbooks, and training for Sales and CS; use Customer.io to drive adoption; define and track KPIs; create AI-driven workflows and partner with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Executive leadership to grow adoption.

Sell and grow Teamworks Performance products to Division I programs: own DI pipeline, lead consultative discovery with performance and athletic staff, partner with Customer Success for expansion/renewals, represent Teamworks at events, and feed market intelligence to product and marketing.
