Teams at Teamworks

Own and improve approximately 150 RESTful performance-data integrations supporting Teamworks’ Athlete Management System. Maintain C#/.NET integrations, investigate vendor API issues, strengthen reliability, resilience, observability, documentation, and security, and provide on-call support. Lead migration of integrations to Python and a modern lakehouse architecture deployed in AWS, including environments supporting military customers.

Operate and maintain AWS infrastructure, including EKS, EC2, RDS/Aurora, ElastiCache, S3, and IAM. Manage deployments, build reusable Terraform modules and Helm charts, maintain GitLab CI templates, troubleshoot networking, IAM, and Kubernetes issues, and improve observability and platform stability with Datadog. Partner with application teams to communicate platform standards and participate in production on-call ownership.

Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for Teamworks’ Operations product category. Lead integrated campaigns, content, webinars, events, and targeted outreach to generate pipeline across professional and collegiate sports. Manage campaign calendars, collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Business Development, and Customer Success, and analyze performance to guide optimization. The role requires autonomous cross-functional leadership, B2B demand-generation expertise, sports-industry knowledge, and productive use of AI and marketing technology.
