Owns conference-level customer relationships and renewals across Division I collegiate athletics. Leads adoption, value delivery, renewal planning, expansion, cross-sell and upsell opportunities across conference offices and member schools. Coordinates with Customer Success, Product Success, Sales, and Business Development teams while managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and building strategic relationships with senior collegiate athletics leaders.

Own backend performance and scalability improvements for a mature Java-based Athlete Management System. Diagnose bottlenecks across APIs, databases, calculations, and background jobs; improve data access, asynchronous processing, observability, containerization, and reliability. Develop technical plans, drive changes through production, collaborate with the Data Platform team, review architecture, mentor engineers, and participate in on-call support.

Leads the people operations and talent management functions, including HRIS, onboarding, benefits, compliance, performance management, succession, learning and development, compensation, and people analytics. Partners with senior leaders, manages a people team, develops a 12–18 month people strategy, supports scalable global growth, and may contribute to M&A integration and multi-state employment compliance.
