Coordinate and execute K–12 school partnerships: lead school outreach and relationship-building, manage logistics and activations, liaise with schools/vendors/internal teams, track data and reporting, support events and recurring programs, maintain records and improve processes, and perform administrative tasks with flexible hours as needed.

Greet and assist guests at Virginia Tech home football tailgate events, maintain clean guest areas, provide excellent customer service, and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs, standing/walking for long periods) in a fast-paced, outdoor event environment.

Welcome and assist guests at BYU home football tailgates, maintain a clean, safe and guest-friendly environment before, during, and after games. Provide high-energy customer service, assist with setup and breakdown, stand and move for long periods, and help carry light items as needed.

Support the Hospitality Manager in premium seating operations: recruit, hire, train staff; manage payroll records; oversee event duties; maintain stakeholder relations; produce communications; coordinate budgets, reports, and off-season bookings; assist championship event projects.

Sell and fulfill corporate sponsorships for CHSAA events: prospect and manage accounts, develop customized proposals, track opportunities in CRM, support event activations and game-day sponsorship fulfillment, meet sales goals, and maintain partner relationships.

Assist in managing premium tailgate operations at Texas A&M University, including event preparation, organization, and customer service during home football games.

The Game Day Staff will provide exceptional customer service, transport equipment, manage guest interactions, and support operational tasks during events.

FANgineers are responsible for providing exceptional hospitality at events, including monitoring access, fulfilling guest needs, and maintaining service standards on game days.
