Manage sponsor fulfillment and activation for NYSPHSAA events, maintain CRM records, build and service sponsor relationships, develop/present customized sponsorship proposals, prospect new leads, support game-day activations, and coordinate creative and seasonal deadlines.

Support sponsorship sales and client services for high school sports properties: assist with sponsorship meetings, develop proposals, manage inventory and CRM records, coordinate activations and game-day events, provide office and administrative support.

Greet and assist guests at tailgate events, maintain a clean, guest-friendly space before, during, and after games, provide exceptional customer service, and support fast-paced event operations.
