Manage sponsor fulfillment and activation for NYSPHSAA events, maintain CRM records, build and service sponsor relationships, develop/present customized sponsorship proposals, prospect new leads, support game-day activations, and coordinate creative and seasonal deadlines.

Support sponsorship sales and client services for high school sports properties: assist with sponsorship meetings, develop proposals, manage inventory and CRM records, coordinate activations and game-day events, provide office and administrative support.

Manage end-to-end sponsorship contract lifecycle: prepare, route, negotiate, execute, file, and track agreements. Coordinate approvals with sales, legal, finance, and leadership; maintain records, reporting, renewal tracking, and improve contract processes.
