Processes customer billings, posts daily deposits, handles credit card transactions, resolves billing questions, initiates collections, and communicates with clients and sales staff regarding overdue accounts. The role also supports general accounting projects and requires accurate record keeping, organization, confidentiality, customer communication, and proficiency with accounting systems, Microsoft Office, and Excel.

Support sponsorship sales and client services for high school sports properties: assist with sponsorship meetings, develop proposals, manage inventory and CRM records, coordinate activations and game-day events, provide office and administrative support.

Greet and assist guests at Virginia Tech home football tailgate events, maintain clean guest areas, provide excellent customer service, and perform light physical tasks (lifting up to 20 lbs, standing/walking for long periods) in a fast-paced, outdoor event environment.
