Lead design, implementation, tuning, validation, and operational readiness of UAV guidance, navigation, and control systems. Own control architecture, autopilot workflows (PX4), flight test planning/execution, state estimation and sensor fusion, embedded integration, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring, and establishment of GNC development and validation best practices.

Perform pre-flight inspections, flight testing, operation and maintenance of sUAS to evaluate performance and safety. Record and analyze flight data, ensure FAA and QA compliance, conduct risk assessments, coordinate with engineers and stakeholders, and provide feedback for system improvements. Must meet Part 107 and physical/medical requirements and complete background checks.
