Responsibilities include designing complex PCBAs, applying DFT, DFM, and EMC practices, leading EMI/EMC testing, writing and executing EVT procedures, troubleshooting designs, conducting trade studies, supporting manufacturing tests, guiding sustaining engineering, and maintaining electrical BOMs. Collaborates with mechanical, firmware, manufacturing, and external layout teams.

Leads and manages an electrical engineering team developing electronic systems for unmanned aircraft. Oversees embedded systems, battery management, motor control, RF communications, PCB design, testing, quality, regulatory compliance, and production transition. Collaborates with mechanical, software, firmware, and manufacturing teams; manages engineering schedules, budgets, resources, verification, product qualification, new product introduction, and manufacturing scale-up. Advises on technology strategy and product roadmaps.

Owns the full lifecycle of complex IT projects, including scope, planning, technical requirements, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, reporting, quality, Agile ceremonies, and portfolio management. Leads cross-functional technical teams and manages enterprise systems, integrations, application development, service delivery, infrastructure, SaaS, and IT operations initiatives. Administrates Jira boards and workflows while balancing hands-on execution with strategic oversight.
