Lead NPI for new UAV systems from concept through production ramp (EVT/DVT/PVT/LRIP). Develop and validate manufacturing/test processes, tooling, automation, and documentation. Drive DFM/DFA/DFT, PFMEA, control plans, Lean improvements, root cause analysis, and cross-functional alignment to ensure manufacturability, quality, scalability, and compliance with aerospace/defense regulations.

Perform pre-flight inspections and maintenance, conduct UAS flight testing and data collection, ensure FAA compliance and safety, perform risk assessments, operate multi-rotor and fixed-wing sUAS, collaborate with engineers, and provide feedback for system improvements.

Manage site calibration program, chair Material Review Board, control nonconforming material, perform AS9100-aligned internal audits, support corrective actions and continuous improvement, maintain quality records, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain to ensure product and process compliance.
