Perform harvest, planting, and transplanting of Flip-Bag oysters, install and maintain Flip-Bag infrastructure, assist with boat work and general farm maintenance, follow safety orientation and beach conduct, and work day or night tides in all weather while handling heavy loads.

Perform intertidal oyster harvest by forking or handpicking oysters into tubs or baskets, dig clams, maintain farm equipment and grounds, follow crew boss instructions, work day or night tides in all weather, lift up to 60 pounds, and complete required safety orientation.

Harvest oysters and clams in intertidal zones by forking, handpicking, wet or dry digging. Fill buckets and net sacks, load sacks onto boats and trucks, follow crew boss instructions, complete safety orientation, wear safety gear, work outdoors in all weather, and perform other assigned tasks including beach cleanup.

Plant and maintain geoduck seed and mesh flex tubes on intertidal beaches, perform beach maintenance, support farm operations, and work outdoors in varying tide schedules and weather. Role is physically demanding and requires heavy lifting and manual tasks.

Design, build, and maintain API-based integrations and data pipelines connecting Sage Intacct, operational and third-party systems. Develop SQL queries, Power BI datasets, Power Platform automations, support ERP configuration and module rollouts, troubleshoot data issues, document integrations, and work cross-functionally to improve system architecture and reporting.

Perform manual intertidal oyster harvesting by handpicking or using a pitchfork-like tool, filling tubs for pickup, maintaining assigned equipment, following crew boss instructions, and performing related tasks (clamming, beach cleanup). Work in all weather, day or night tides, and follow safety orientation and protective gear requirements.

Manage customer invoicing, payments, cash application, collections, and account reconciliations. Reconcile invoices with shipping/export docs, investigate discrepancies, prepare aging and month-end reports, support audit requests, and coordinate with sales, logistics, and accounting to resolve billing issues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Perform commercial geoduck harvest by diving and beach digging, operate and maintain boats and dive equipment, follow safety and dive procedures, assist with loading/unloading and data entry, perform farm maintenance and occasional planting tasks, and work varied shifts including nights and weekends as tides require.
