Teams at Taylor Shellfish Farms

Harvest oysters and clams in intertidal zones by forking, handpicking, wet or dry digging. Fill buckets and net sacks, load sacks onto boats and trucks, follow crew boss instructions, complete safety orientation, wear safety gear, work outdoors in all weather, and perform other assigned tasks including beach cleanup.

Perform commercial geoduck harvest by diving and beach digging, operate and maintain boats and dive equipment, follow safety and dive procedures, assist with loading/unloading and data entry, perform farm maintenance and occasional planting tasks, and work varied shifts including nights and weekends as tides require.

Perform intertidal oyster harvest by forking or handpicking oysters into tubs or baskets, dig clams, maintain farm equipment and grounds, follow crew boss instructions, work day or night tides in all weather, lift up to 60 pounds, and complete required safety orientation.
