Own the Dayforce HCM platform through its transition into business-as-usual, ensuring stability, governance, integrations, service desk support, upgrades, and continuous improvement. Build the HR systems roadmap, manage vendors and stakeholders, oversee access controls and data privacy, and lead a small systems team. Partner with People and Culture, IT, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders to improve adoption, self-service, workforce efficiency, and employee experience.

Provides practical People and Culture support across a business portfolio, partnering with leaders and employees on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, change, workforce planning and coaching. The role requires sound employment law and industrial relations knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to balance employee care, risk and commercial outcomes while developing broader HR partnering capability.

Analyse retailer, shopper, consumer and market data to identify category opportunities, evaluate promotions, support range reviews, and inform retailer negotiations. Build accurate reporting and data-driven presentations for internal teams and retail partners. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Leadership and external research partners while developing category management expertise in the FMCG sector.

Lead daily aquaculture diving activities at the Hope site in Dover, overseeing dive teams, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safe, efficient operations. The role requires coaching new divers, coordinating activities, and promoting strong safety standards. Applicants need at least two years of aquaculture diving experience, Commercial SSBA Dive Supervisor certification, and Commercial SSBA Diver qualification to a minimum depth of 30 meters.
