Leads strategic people and culture partnering across complex portfolios, advising senior leaders on employee and industrial relations, change, workforce planning, and organisational design. Provides coaching, sound judgement, and guidance on complex people matters while mentoring Performance Partners and improving team capability, consistency, and confidence.

Manage Queensland seafood wholesale and foodservice accounts, driving profitable growth through account planning, new business development, negotiations, pricing, promotions, forecasting, and trade-spend management. Lead a small team, analyze sales and market opportunities, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and maintain customer relationships across Queensland. The role requires FMCG account management experience, strong commercial acumen, reporting skills, and regular customer travel, with occasional interstate meetings.

Provides practical People and Culture support across a business portfolio, partnering with leaders and employees on employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, change, workforce planning and coaching. The role requires sound employment law and industrial relations knowledge, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to balance employee care, risk and commercial outcomes while developing broader HR partnering capability.
