The role collaborates with the Engineer of Record, supports Mill Operations, oversees maintenance and reporting, and develops Engineers-in-Training while promoting safety and environmental stewardship.

Supports Indigenous engagement initiatives by building relationships with Indigenous and local communities, coordinating meetings and events, tracking action items, supporting Indigenous hiring and procurement opportunities, assisting with social media content, and promoting cultural awareness, safety, and mentorship at the mine site.

Oversee ISCR copper wellfield operations to meet production targets while managing personnel, maintenance, capital projects, expenditures, contractors, safety, and regulatory compliance. Lead multidisciplinary technical and operational teams, develop production strategies, monitor KPIs, optimize operating costs, coordinate construction and maintenance activities, and support continuous improvement and team development.

Manages and maintains complex IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, firewalls, storage, virtualization, communications systems, and remote access. Supports safe and environmentally compliant tailings management at a mining operation. Responsibilities include deposition planning, mass-balance reconciliations, tailings data and reporting, geotechnical material quality testing, cost and inventory tracking, water-balance calculations, GPS and drone surveying, infrastructure inspections, maintenance reporting, and project management support.

Supports mill operations by monitoring metallurgical performance, collecting samples, conducting laboratory testing, tracking consumables, and preparing daily and monthly reports. The role optimizes grinding and copper/molybdenum flotation circuits, investigates process issues, develops operational guidelines, trains operations staff, and executes mill projects. It offers hands-on experience in mineral processing and requires an engineering degree with EIT eligibility.

Supports mining and milling operations by training and maintaining machine learning models, analyzing sensor and assay data, building secure data pipelines, developing Python-based data science tools, and creating visualizations and KPI reports. The role also provides technical support, knowledge transfer, and data expertise to multidisciplinary mine-site teams while following industrial safety expectations.

Provides confidential administrative support to Human Resources, including maintaining employee records in Avanti HRIS, administering benefits and employee programs, coordinating events, housing, transportation, meetings, and catering, preparing HR communications, processing invoices, and assisting HR team members.
