Leads SXEW plant, tankhouse, and maintenance operations to achieve safe, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective copper cathode production. Oversees production performance, equipment reliability, maintenance planning, budgets, continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, workforce development, capital projects, shutdowns, and commissioning activities. Collaborates with cross-functional site teams, analyzes operational metrics, addresses performance gaps, and develops leaders in a 24/7 industrial environment.

Senior Tailings Engineer responsible for mine tailings storage facility integrity, safe deposition, regulatory compliance, water management, and operational performance. Leads complex TSF construction projects, reviews designs and technical reports, manages geotechnical investigations, contractors, budgets, monitoring, and risk controls. The role collaborates with the Engineer of Record, supports Mill Operations, oversees maintenance and reporting, and develops Engineers-in-Training while promoting safety and environmental stewardship.

Supports Indigenous engagement initiatives by building relationships with Indigenous and local communities, coordinating meetings and events, tracking action items, supporting Indigenous hiring and procurement opportunities, assisting with social media content, and promoting cultural awareness, safety, and mentorship at the mine site.
