Execute activations tied to launches and promotions, identify and scale high-performing creators, and support senior marketing leaders with insights and program operations.

In-house Video Editor producing high-quality video and motion graphics for product launches, marketing campaigns, CTV, paid media, social, e-commerce, and internal comms. Edit footage, perform color correction and audio finishing, create animated titles/MOGRTs, support production and asset management, and collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining brand consistency and efficient post workflows.

Drive tarte's commercial strategy with Sephora across Europe & Middle East: build sales and launch plans, forecast and analyze assortment, manage allocations and promotions, optimize pricing and stock, perform post-mortem ROI analyses, and coordinate cross-functional execution to grow revenue and profitability.

Provide in-store brand representation at designated stores, educate store employees and clients on tarte products and artistry, drive and achieve sales goals, coordinate events and education initiatives, manage merchandising and multi-store schedules, build retailer relationships, and travel locally with flexible hours including weekends and evenings.

Own CX reporting and data integrity across platforms, monitor fraud and anomalies, prepare recurring and ad hoc reporting, support cross-functional stakeholders with data-driven insights, and manage fraud escalations and documentation.

Lead tarte's TikTok Shops DTC business to drive GMV and profitability. Curate trend-driven assortments, forecast sales and optimize inventory/SKUs, manage merchandising calendar, report insights to C-suite, partner cross-functionally, liaison with TikTok, and own product page content and PDP processes while leveraging AI tools.

Support product launches, seasonal campaigns and retail activations across Europe. Coordinate creative assets, track retailer implementation, run PDP audits, monitor e-commerce content and promotions, assist in in-store events and visual merchandising, maintain project trackers, follow up on orders and shipments, and perform competitor benchmarking and market analysis to provide commercial insights.

Represent tarte in assigned Ohio stores by educating staff and clients, driving sales, planning in-store events/education, managing merchandising, and building retailer relationships to meet sales targets.

Lead production operations and a team of Production Coordinators to ensure on-time supplier deliveries, inventory accuracy, EOM reconciliations, supplier performance, risk mitigation, ERP-driven reporting, and continuous process improvements.

Represent tarte at designated stores to educate staff and customers, drive sales, coordinate in-store events and education, manage merchandising, and build strong retailer relationships to meet sales goals.

Lead influencer marketing strategy and execution: cast and manage creators, negotiate contracts, oversee talent agency relationships, run gifting and community programs, track campaign performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate influencer efforts into brand, PR, and event initiatives.

Create on-brand social content (static, motion, GIFs, stories, reels), email graphics, website banners and digital ads. Collaborate with Marketing, Social, and Creative teams, stay on top of trends, and use AI tools to drive engaging visuals.

Support product launches and replenishment by reconciling supplier inventory, creating shipments and purchase orders, tracking production schedules, using the ERP and Excel, coordinating suppliers and cross-functional teams, assisting logistics, and maintaining production records to ensure timely delivery and supplier performance.

Represent tarte at Sephora/Ulta/Macy's stores to drive sales and brand awareness through product education, in-store events, visual merchandising, retailer relationship-building, and meeting targeted sales goals.
