Manages the Founder and CEO’s social presence from content planning through publishing and community engagement. Responsibilities include filming and editing short-form video, writing captions and scripts, maintaining content calendars, monitoring trends and performance, managing social commerce platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and providing onsite support. The role requires frequent travel between Miami and Key Largo, schedule flexibility, discretion, and occasional administrative assistance.

Drives sales for assigned retail stores by educating Sephora employees and customers on tarte products, conducting artistry training and sales events, coordinating store support, building retailer relationships, monitoring merchandising and inventory concerns, and completing operational reporting. The role requires strong selling, communication, event organization, product knowledge, flexibility, and the ability to travel between stores, including evening and weekend work.

Lead tarte Cosmetics’ commercial growth across Spain and Portugal, owning territory sales, brand ranking, budgets, P&L, events, stock optimization, merchandising, and market analysis. Recruit, coach, and develop retail field teams while building partnerships with retail stakeholders. Provide in-market insights to corporate leadership and collaborate with Southern European regional teams to improve execution and support expansion.
