Supports U.S., Canadian, and global import/export compliance by auditing customs entries, assisting with HTS classification, maintaining trade compliance data and records, monitoring tariff exposure, tracking KPIs, and coordinating with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders. The role analyzes compliance risks, supports audits and regulatory inquiries, and helps improve global supply chain processes.

Supports product assortment management and new product launches across marketing, operations, regulatory, and creative teams. Maintains launch trackers, artwork calendars, product specifications, internal documentation, claims-testing workflows, product names, trademarks, and the product library. Coordinates multiple projects, facilitates cross-functional communication, and helps manage the launch cycle with strong attention to detail.

Owns SKU and retailer demand forecasting, new product launch projections, forecast accuracy and bias metrics, lifecycle planning, and S&OP participation. Analyzes sell-through, variance drivers, cannibalization, and inventory risks while collaborating with Supply Planning, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and retailers. Uses statistical and AI/ML forecasting tools to improve accuracy and provides actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
