Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for assigned wholesale accounts, serving as liaison between Sales, Planning, Distribution, and Transportation. Ensure compliance with export/import and account-specific requirements, coordinate international logistics, provide order-status reporting, resolve claims/returns/chargebacks, and support product launches and inventory allocation to maximize account profitability.

In-person Fall 2026 marketing internship supporting community management, creator gifting, storefront and link updates, and visual asset creation using Canva. Collaborate cross-functionally, attend trainings, work with leadership on independent projects, and develop teamwork, communication, and strategic thinking skills in a fast-paced NYC office.

Develop and validate 12-month SKU-level production plans and component requirements aligned to demand forecasts and safety stock. Maintain planning data integrity, manage inventory (FG, WIP, components), set production priorities, optimize lead times, oversee obsolete component depletion, and support special program planning and performance analysis. Communicate and influence cross-functional stakeholders to balance service levels and supply constraints.
