Assist Food Service Director and facility dietitian with meal preparation, serving, cleaning, stocking, and dishwashing. Follow ServSafe hygiene procedures and established dietary policies; support meal setup, delivery, and pantry maintenance.

Manage outpatient billing, collections, and billing staff to meet AR and cash goals. Oversee claims resolution, prepare adjusting entries, maintain financial records, coordinate reporting, ensure compliance with Medicaid, payor rules, HIPAA, and state behavioral health regulations, and support process improvements and interdepartmental coordination.

Lead and manage hospital coding department operations, ensuring accurate ICD-10 and CPT coding, compliance, productivity, audits, and partnership with CDI, Revenue Cycle, and Finance. Oversee encoder configuration, EMR workflow optimization, reporting, staffing, education, audits, denial and revenue cycle improvement, and perform complex coding when needed.

Lead and manage day-to-day operations and clinical services of an inpatient psychiatric pharmacy. Serve as an active staff pharmacist, ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS), coordinate audits, develop pharmacy policies and procedures, oversee operational and financial performance, and precept and supervise pharmacy staff.

Lead and manage the hospital coding department, ensuring accurate ICD-10 and CPT coding, compliance, staffing, audits, encoder and EMR configuration, productivity monitoring, collaboration with CDI/revenue cycle, and reporting to leadership.

Perform pre-certification, concurrent and discharge reviews, appeals and denials; ensure compliance with managed-care quality measures; act as liaison between hospital and payors; integrate clinical and financial information as part of a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Coordinate and maintain clinical staff schedules across units, fill staffing vacancies, ensure adequate shift coverage, adjust schedules for budget/census/call-ins, update payroll timesheets for approval, communicate with Nursing Leadership and CNO, and use scheduling software and best practices to anticipate and resolve staffing issues.
