Lead and manage day-to-day operations and clinical services of an inpatient psychiatric pharmacy. Serve as an active staff pharmacist, ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS), coordinate audits, develop pharmacy policies and procedures, oversee operational and financial performance, and precept and supervise pharmacy staff.

Perform pre-certification, concurrent and discharge reviews, appeals and denials; ensure compliance with managed-care quality measures; act as liaison between hospital and payors; integrate clinical and financial information as part of a multidisciplinary team in an inpatient behavioral health setting.

Provide accounts payable support by entering and coding invoices, maintaining vendor records, processing expense reimbursements, assisting with 1099 preparation and distribution, and cross-training on payroll and other accounting functions. Requires strong analytical, organizational, communication, and data-entry skills.

Part-time front-desk role greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, assisting families during visitation, handling mail and clerical tasks, and maintaining confidentiality while representing the hospital.
