Coordinate and maintain clinical staff schedules across units, fill staffing vacancies, ensure adequate shift coverage, adjust schedules for budget/census/call-ins, update payroll timesheets for approval, communicate with Nursing Leadership and CNO, and use scheduling software and best practices to anticipate and resolve staffing issues.

Provide meal service and kitchen support in a healthcare facility: follow dietary policies and ServSafe hygiene, prepare and serve food, clean work areas, stock pantries, and assist cooks with simple food prep.

Lead and manage day-to-day operations and clinical services of an inpatient psychiatric pharmacy. Serve as an active staff pharmacist, ensure regulatory compliance (TJC, CMS), coordinate audits, develop pharmacy policies and procedures, oversee operational and financial performance, and precept and supervise pharmacy staff.
